Letter of Request
To rent the auditorium, you must submit a letter of request addressed to the Citrus County Parks & Recreation manager at P.O. Box 1390, Lecanto , Fl. 34460. The letter must state:
- dates requested for use
- times requested for use (event & set-up/breakdown)
- group using facility
- nature and type of event
- request to serve alcoholic beverages, if applicable.
- If serving alcohol - name and number of bonded security personnel attending event, i.e. Sheriff's Department, Police Department, etc.
A subsequent auditorium event assistance sheet must be completed prior to approval.
