Veterans Service Office

Veterans Case Manager available to assist with benefits:

 

The Citrus County Veterans Services Department will have a Veterans Case Manager available at these locations from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.:

 

  • Wednesdays: Lakes Region Library, 1511 Druid Rd, Inverness
  • Thursdays: Homosassa Library, 4100 S. Grandmarch Ave., Homosassa
  • Fridays: Coastal Regional Library, 8619 W. Crystal St., Crystal River

The Veterans Case Manager will assist veterans applying for benefits and provide information for other veterans' benefits.

The Veterans Service Office provides assistance to the veterans of Citrus County and their families. Some of the services we assist with are:
  • Adaptive equipment
  • Burial benefits
  • Certificate of Eligibility (VA Home Loans)
  • Compensation
  • Death benefits
  • Medals and awards
  • Military ID cards
  • Military retiree SBP
  • Pensions
  • Retrieve medical records
  • VA Healthcare
  • Veteran's transportation

Veterans Clinic

This is the Veteran's Clinic located at the Citrus County Resource Center.

If the veteran is homebound, the Veterans Service Officers are able to make home visitis to complete documents for submission to Veteran's Administration.
