- Flood Zone Determinations
- Elevation Certificates
- LETTER OF MAP AMENDEMENT INFORMATION (LOMA, LOMR, etc.)
- Flood insurance purchase requirement information
- Community Rating System Program Information
- Mitigation Activities
If you desire additional information or wish to request copies of any of these
documents, please contact our Flood Management Coordinator at (352) 527-5253.
For written determinations, please complete the LAND USE/FLOOD ZONE/PROPERTY OR
PERMIT RESEARCH FORM and submit to the Flood Management Coordinator
together with your $15.00 remittance. Please note that there is no charge for
obtaining the information either in person or by telephone.
