Interlocal Service Delivery Agreement Report
As required by Chapter 2002-296, Laws of Florida, the Division of Community
Development has prepared an inventory of Interlocal Service Delivery Agreements.
These are all interlocal agreements related to public facilities and services
(i.e.: sanitary sewer, potable water, public safety, solid waste, etc.) The purpose
of this project is to inventory the interlocal agreements, identify any duplication
or deficiency of services, and make recommendations on possible adjustments to the
Intergovernmental Coordination Element of the Comprehensive Plan.
