The Development Services Department is comprised of the Divisions of Building, Code Compliance, Land Development, and Planning. The various Divisions implement programs and projects that guide the growth and development of the County including, but not limited to, plan review, permitting, inspections, code enforcement, land use planning, environmental sciences, and historic preservation. Our employees are dedicated to courteous and prompt customer service and carrying out the County's mission, which is a value driven organization dedicated to responsive citizen service by providing quality programs, services, and facilities to build a strong community and promote the best quality of life for our citizens.
