Rental Development Strategy
A subsidy
will be provided to assist housing developers to construct affordable
rental developments. Any units built will remain affordable for
families earning up to 80% of County median income, adjusted for
family size for a minimum of fifteen years. All rental developments
shall be monitored annually to determine tenant eligibility throughout
the 15 year compliance period.

Eligibility:
For profit and not-for-profit housing developers
may apply. A
Notice of Funding Availability is published to notify the
public when applications are being accepted for this program.
