Changing Your Address or Phone/Fax Numbers
You can change your mailing address, telephone, or fax number from the My Account section of the Contractor Portal. To do so:
- Click the link entitled "Portal Home"
- Then the link "My Account"
Halfway down on this screen you will see a section called "Company Address", which shows your current address. Below that is a section called "Phone / Fax Numbers" with your current telephone and fax numbers. This part of the "My Account" screen is shown below:
Each section has a modify button and you must click each to save the data in that section.
Important: We must have your correct fax number! If you do not have a fax, you cannot use Online Permitting. If your fax number is incorrect, we will be unable to send important documents to you.
