How to Establish an Escrow Account for Online Permits

In order to use online permitting you must first have an escrow account established with sufficient escrows funds to do so. The account must be established in person. You can come to the Lecanto Government Building and apply for an account with the staff of the Finance Department. The minimum balance to open the account is $200.
